After years of working at the American Express Company, I set out to start my own business consulting firm. Ten years later, I had worked with companies large and small in over forty industries. Consulting led me accidentally, into the keynote speaking and training business. This turned out to be a wonderful accident and now is my full time profession. I speak to corporate leaders, small business owners, and managers of every sort on how to build better relationships with their employees. My subject is Straight-Talk about Management which helps managers solve their 3 biggest problems: employee retention, productivity, and manager/employee communication.

I have written three books and the most popular are Time Management for Busy Professionals and Success Planning: Achieve Your Dreams. These books teach proven goal-setting tehniques and time management skills that even the most organized person can benefit.

My goal is to help leaders be their most effective in their jobs and when working with their teams. I believe motivation, trust, and communication are the bones of a strong business. Now, I travel communicating this message at conferences, events, and association meetings. In addition, I have a blog that is full of helpful articles for anyone seeking professional improvement.
